High-Risk Products and High-Risk Industries

If you intend to use the service for a transaction related to high-risk products and/or a high-risk industry, you are required to disclose this to Bittylicious prior to attempting any trades involving these products or industries.

Companies which trade in the following are considered to be operating in a high-risk industry:

• Arms/weapons trading, dealing and defence
• Casinos, gambling and betting
• Construction/development industry
• Dating/adult entertainment industry
• Decision-making members of high profile sporting bodies
• Import/export companies/industry
• Money services businesses
• Oil and gas industry
• Pharmaceuticals and healthcare
• Precious metals and stones mining and trading
• Shipping and transport of goods 
• Virtual asset service providers
• Tobacco products
• Cultural artefacts (e.g. items of archaeological, historical, cultural or religious significance)
• Items related to protected species (e.g. ivory)

The list above is non-exhaustive and subject to change in line with global guidance and local regulations.

Note that Bittylicious requires evidence of any customer's commercial activities, particularly where a customer's business operations are cash-intensive.
